The owner of a single-tenant, 100,000-square-foot warehouse in Secaucus has secured $15 million in financing, in a deal arranged by G.S. Wilcox & Co.

In a news release, the mortgage banking firm said a correspondent life insurance company provided the funds to the private borrower. It did not disclose the building’s location but described it as highly functional with quick access to the New Jersey Turnpike and routes 3, 9 and 495, adding that the facility is home to a leading provider of screen printing and labeling services to the apparel industry.

Partner Bridget Wilcox sourced the financing with what she described as a very competitive interest rate.

“We are grateful for the opportunity to finance this well-located property for our repeat client,” Wilcox said in a prepared statement. “Once again, our correspondent life insurance company demonstrated their commitment to certainty of execution.”
