A tire recycling company has found a new home after leasing a nearly 15,000-square-foot industrial building in Linden, brokers with Bussel Realty Corp. announced Monday.
According to a news release, the space at 1 Stercho Road will provide P & I Global Tire Solutions with a location that’s minutes from Route 1&9, the New Jersey Turnpike and Port Newark-Elizabeth, among other destinations. The 14,500-square-foot property also has 16-foot ceiling heights, two tailboards, one drive-in door and an 80-foot truck well.
BRC Vice President Eric L. Koons represented the landlord, BNG Realty LLC, in the lease and in spearheading a plan to reposition the warehouse, according to a news release. Steve Jaynes, an industrial specialist at BRC, represented the tenant.
“Ownership of 1 Stercho Road are proud to welcome their newest tenant, P & I Global Tire Solutions,” Koons said. “By taking advantage of the critical last-mile infrastructure as well as Linden’s probusiness environment, the tenant ensures themselves a successful tenure in their newest headquarters.
“BNG had considered a number of strong regional candidates before ultimately moving ahead with P & I. We look forward to their continued success as P & I make Linden their home base and continues their rapid growth.”
