A life sciences firm has signed a 1,500-square-foot lease expansion at Larken Associates’ 550,000-square foot, 27-building Hillsborough Business Center off Route 206.
NanoTech Pharma Inc., a preclinical stage pharmaceutical company, will now occupy a total of 4,218 square feet at the Stryker Lane campus. The firm has been a tenant at the property since 2019 and will use the added space to support a pipeline focused on drug delivery technologies, including innovative and patented nanomedicine for oncology, serious infections and cardiovascular disease, among others.
At Hillsborough Business Center, NanoTech is a block east of Route 206 and minutes from other major highways. It’s also among dozens of tenants with uses such as research and development, lab, warehousing, distribution, light manufacturing and product assembly as well as fitness, recreation and daycare.
