A global manufacturer has acquired a 32,000-square-foot flex industrial building in Hopewell, in a newly announced deal by Princeton Property Partners.

The buyer, Dynamic Air Quality Solutions, will use the facility at 1595 Reed Road to support its production of air filtration components with a focus on creating cleaner air, saving energy and reducing maintenance and waste, according to a news release. Princeton Property Partners’ Sab Russo represented both parties in the deal, noting that the space has 18-foot clear ceiling heights.

“This is the second transaction that I have had the good fortune to represent the Dynamic management team,” said Russo, PPP’s president. “Dynamic will make significant investments in the building to convert to a state-of-the-art manufacturing and distribution facility.”
