PREMIER Design + Build Group has hired longtime constructive industry executive Jason Hart to help lead and accelerate its growth on the East Coast.
The firm, which is based in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, said Hart joins its team as an executive vice president and will oversee business operations in the region. He comes to the role with more than 20 years of diverse construction expertise, which PREMIER will look to leverage as it intensifies its focus on growing in the country’s largest construction market.
“As we continue to increase our footprint nationally, Jason brings an impressive track record of advancing organizations and building strong, long-term client relationships that will further solidify our position as an industry leader in the Eastern United States,” said Michael Pacini, PREMIER Design + Build Group’s president.
Hart’s experience includes leading operations across a range of national construction companies and architectural and engineering consulting firms, according to a news release. That includes a former chief operations officer role, PREMIER said, noting that he has the construction, business and legal expertise to advance its objectives in the region.
The firm added that Hart holds a juris doctor from Brooklyn Law School and an MBA from SUNY Oswego, while he holds OSHA 10- and 30-hour certifications and a Health Care Constructor Certification from the American Society for Health Care Engineering. He is also a past honoree in Engineering News-Record’s Top 20 Under 40 and Building Design+Construction’s 40 Under 40.
