A primary care practice has found a new home after leasing 2,000 square feet in downtown Bergenfield, in a deal arranged by NAI James E. Hanson.
Brokers with the firm represented SKS Investments LLC, the landlord at 35 South Washington Ave., in the transaction with Bergenfield Medical Clinic Inc. They said the two-story retail and medical office space provides the practice with ample parking and proximity to routes 4 and 17, adding that the building is adjacent to an AM/PM Walk-in Urgent Care Center and across the street from Bergenfield Pharmacy.
NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning completed the assignment, noting that the property’s “central location and nearby conveniences made it an ideal space for Bergenfield Medical Clinic’s new home.”
“We’re proud to help negotiate this deal that will help improve the delivery of important health care services to the Bergenfield community and beyond,” Horning said.
