Princeton medical office condo changes hands, WCRE says

Wolf Commercial Real Estate has brokered the sale of a 3,600-square-foot medical office condominium in Princeton, the firm said Friday.

The brokerage said it represented Rosenstein Real Estate LLC in the acquisition at 256 Bunn Dr. Sold by Regional Land LLC, the space is part of a 25,000-square-foot multitenant midrise condominium office building that is near other professional properties, downtown Princeton and the University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro.

Terms were not disclosed.

Rosenstein intends to lease the property to a medical office user, WCRE said in a news release.
