A restaurant property in West Caldwell has changed hands for an undisclosed price, in a newly announced transaction by KenKap Realty Corp.

George Eggers, a vice president with the Parsippany-based brokerage team, represented the private buyer in the deal at 811 Passaic Ave. The firm noted that the site is home to the Brook Tap House, adding that the new owner will continue to operate a bar and restaurant at the location, which is about two miles south of Route 46.

Roman Drukarov, a sales associate at Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices Fox & Roach, Realtors, represented the seller.
