Development firm RBH Group LLC has announced the hiring of a new chief operating officer as well as the promotion of three other executives.
The Newark-based company said Mitch Nadler, the new COO, joins its team after most recently serving as vice president, airport affairs, at CLEAR. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, including senior roles on projects such as Vantage Airport Group’s redevelopment of Terminal B at LaGuardia Airport, JetBlue Airways’ commercial development of Terminal 5 at JFK International Airport and Jamestown’s repositioning and lease-up of Industry City in Brooklyn.
“We are delighted to bring Mitch on board to help close deals and facilitate smooth operations as our company continues to grow and expand,” said Ron Beit, CEO of RBH Group. “His experience in real estate leasing, finance and corporate transactions in the New York metropolitan region as well as his legal background will serve us well as we export our Teachers Village social impact brand in Opportunity Zones across the country.”
The firm detailed the hiring alongside the promotions of Linda Morgan to executive vice president, Mack McAleer to senior vice president of construction and design and Alyssa Strumolo to vice president of design and construction.
Morgan and McAleer have both been with RBH Group for 10 years in leadership roles, respectively, in predevelopment and external affairs and in design and construction.
“As a valuable member of our leadership team, Linda has excelled as a corporate ambassador for RBH and as a critical senior project manager, locally and in each new community in which we operate, securing community buy-in, public financing, public approvals and good will for our projects nationwide,” Beit said. “Having recently completed Rutgers-Newark Honors Living-Learning Community’s residential community despite the challenges of COVID, Mack will be managing multiple new construction projects for RBH in the coming years.”
