REDCOM Design & Construction has expanded by 40,000 square feet at a South Brunswick industrial building, according to a leasing team with Bussel Realty Corp.

Brokers with the firm represented ownership at 138 Georges Road, a 102,108-square-foot property just west of Route 130, in the deal with the Westfield-based contractor. They noted that the facility has 25-foot clear ceiling heights, eight tailboards and one drive-in loading door, along with wet sprinklers and 25 surface parking spaces.

BRC Senior Vice President Leo A. Esses and Sales Associate Ilan Tabbouche completed the lease on behalf of 138 Georges Road LLC. REDCOM was represented in-house.
