JDK Management Co. has sold a recently renovated, 84-key hotel in Flemington, in a newly announced deal by Berkadia.
The brokerage team said the buyer, New Jersey-based Kenish Patel of Jay Sai Corp., closed its purchase of the Hampton Inn Flemington on March 6. It noted that guests at the property, located at 14 Royal Road, have easy access to destinations such as the Famous Trails Theater and the Dutch Country Farmers Market, while they’re some 20 miles from Princeton University and Trenton-Mercer Airport.
Built in 2001 and recently renovated, the hotel has amenities such as an indoor pool, a spa tub, fitness and business centers and complimentary continental breakfast.
