A private investor has purchased a nearly 15,000-square-foot strip mall along Route 73 in Burlington County, in a newly announced deal by Vantage Commercial.

Located in the Marlton section of Evesham Township, the property at 140-150 Route 73 is home to tenants including a Marine Corp Recruiting Center, Scrub Pro Shop and multiple restaurants, according to a news release. It’s now under new ownership after the trade, the terms of which were not disclosed, with Vantage Commercial CEO and President Leor Hemo arranging the transaction.

The brokerage team will retain the leasing and property management responsibilities at what’s known as Plaza 73, which is listed as having 14,770 square feet of gross leasable area.

“We are pleased to have facilitated the off-market sale of Plaza 73, ensuring that both the seller’s investment goals were met, and that the buyer has secured a long-term investment property that aligns perfectly with them,” Hemo said. “Plaza 73 is a significant asset, and we are excited to continue our involvement in the property.”
