Insurance brokerage RT Specialty has announced several recent additions to its Hamilton-based environmental and construction practice.
As an account manager, Kelly Jackson will support senior management with the performance of tasks ranging from the creation of sales proposals and coverage assessments to the development of insurance policy comparisons, according to a news release. She joined RT Specialty after serving as an account manager and new business specialist at the American Family Insurance Bess Insurance Agency in St. Louis, Missouri, having also held administrative positions at Total Access Urgent Care and Wrap Up Insurance Solutions.
“We are constantly looking to build the ranks with hardworking, industrious individuals like Kelly,” said Joseph Nawa, a vice president at RT Specialty. “In addition to her exceptional work ethic and dedication, she also possesses the baseline experience needed to understand the field’s intricacies and the steps needed to succeed in this highly complex niche market. We are sure Kelly’s passion to learn will benefit everyone from our internal staff to our network of agents and brokers.”
RT Specialty has also added Madeline Goodwin as an account administrator, noting that she supports the account management and policy servicing activities of the company’s senior management. She comes to RT Specialty after interning as an environmental analyst at ESC Spectrum in Texas, in addition to working as a sales associate at several local retail outlets.
“Maddie’s desire to learn and succeed epitomizes the dedication to service excellence supplied to our network of agents and brokers,” said John Heft, senior vice president at RT Specialty. “We look forward to empowering her to rise through the ranks and achieve the same level of expertise provided to clients by our entire organization on a daily basis.”
