A salon suites business has taken nearly 8,600 square feet at a Route 23 shopping center in Pequannock, brokers with The Goldstein Group announced Monday.
The operator, Strand Salon Studios, joins a tenant roster at Virginia Plaza that also includes Dunkin’, PM Pediatrics and Pool Depot, according to a news release. The Goldstein Group Vice President Marc Palestina represented the tenant in the 8,580-square-foot deal at 564 Route 23 North, while Steve Misar of Virginia Industries LLC represented the landlord.
“Strand Salon Studios is an emerging leader in the salon suites category, and I am thrilled to have been there from the start,” Palestina said. “They are high expectations for this location, and I am excited to see their next locations as well.”
The Goldstein Group added that Strand Salon Studios was founded by operators with more than 20 years of experience in property management, real estate and the beauty industry, providing beauty professionals with customizable room rentals to support their independent businesses.
