An apparel company has signed a renewal at a South Hackensack industrial building, where it occupies more than 36,000 square feet under a lease with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
In a news release, the landlord said I-FE Apparel Inc. has been a tenant at 10/12 Horizon Blvd. for nearly two decades, operating under the brand names of PJ Mark and Bleeker & Mercer. The designer occupies 36,165 square feet at the multitenant, 57,225-square-foot property some two miles from Route 17, Sanzari said, touting the site’s ability to serve tenants with far-reaching distribution needs.
ASE Vice President of Leasing and Marketing Stephen Jennings represented ownership.
“Providing an unparalleled tenant experience is at the heart of our company’s success,” Jennings said. “Since it’s our goal to ensure our tenants are happy, comfortable and thriving within our properties, it’s exceptionally gratifying when tenants such as I-FE Apparel choose to renew their lease. We are excited to extend a relationship that already spans nearly two decades and continue to give them the adaptable and accessible space they need to find success.”
In announcing the deal, Sanzari said the PJ Mark and Bleeker & Mercer labels draw inspiration from the culture of New York. The apparel is designed for individuals whose lifestyles are active, functional and trendy.
