Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has signed a nearly 3,000-square-foot lease renewal with First Bergen Title Agency, a longtime tenant at its Court Plaza office complex in Hackensack.
According to a news release, the full-service title insurance firm has taken space at the three-building, 335,000-square-foot complex since 1986. It will remain there with the 2,837-square-foot renewal at 25 Main St., the site of Court Plaza North, maintaining a location that is minutes from Interstate 80 and the region’s other major highways.
“When you’ve conducted businesses at the same location for so long, the relationships you create truly become deeper than business,” said Allen Meccia Jr., managing member of First Bergen Title Agency. “Our relationship with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises is a critical part of our continued success and we’re proud to continue that relationship into the future.”
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Vice President of Leasing and Marketing Stephen Jennings represented ownership in the deal.
“We are proud to be continuing our longstanding relationship with Allen and First Bergen Title Agency at Court Plaza,” Jennings said. “The latest renewal not only speaks to the property’s unique ability to meet the needs of its tenants but our relationship-focused approach to property management which creates an unmatched office experience for each of our tenants.”
In the news release, the firms noted that First Bergen serves lenders and purchasers of residential, commercial, reuse and industrial property. Family-owned and operated since its inception in 1957, First Bergen provides services for real estate purchases, refinances and leasehold transactions.
