A new UPS Store is coming to Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Summit Plaza in Hackensack after signing a lease for nearly 1,100 square feet.
The operator, A2 Express Logistics Inc., is taking 1,096 square feet at 370-380 West Pleasantview Ave. It joins anchor tenant Stop & Shop at the 88,000-square-foot property, at the intersection of Route 17 and Interstate 80, along with users such as Trinity Rehab, GNC, Harmon Face Values, Great Expressions Dental Centers, LabCorp and others.
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Vice President of Leasing and Marketing Stephen Jennings represented ownership in-house, noting that the UPS Store is a locally owned franchise aimed at small business owners.
“Summit Plaza’s strategic location in the heart of Bergen County continues to make it an enticing option for a diverse slate of retail tenants,” Jennings said. “Highly visible from the intersection of two heavily traveled roads and uniquely flexible to suit each tenant’s needs, Summit Plaza provides The UPS Store with a time-tested location where this tenant can continue to serve the local community with this needed service.”
