Lee & Associates has expanded its industrial brokerage team in New Jersey with the additions of Gary Capetta as managing partner and Matthew Corpuel as partner.
In a news release Tuesday, the commercial real estate services firm said the veteran brokers are based in its Elmwood Park office and bring nearly 70 years of combined industry expertise. That includes positions at Pantheon Properties and CBRE, where Capetta and Corpuel worked together, having represented landlords, investors, developers and tenants.
Lee & Associates – WBE’s industrial practice now comprises 24 brokers, the firm said. The latest additions come with a client roster includes CenterPoint, Brookfield, AEW, Whole Foods Market, Unilever, Samsung C&T, Panera Bread, Chefs’ Warehouse, New York City Ballet and Colavita USA, among many others.
“Lee & Associates’ values, integrity and business acumen align perfectly with our approach to commercial real estate, and we look forward to helping drive the company’s continued success,” said Capetta, whose commercial real estate career spans 38 years and includes millions of square feet in completed transactions nationally. The firm added that his diversified business involves a specialty niche representing food industry clients.
Corpuel, meantime, has more than 30 years of industrial real estate experience, the news release said. His representation spans large and publicly traded tenants and landlords as well as privately held companies and property owners.
