A portable restroom supplier has leased an acre at a Hamilton industrial property, in a newly announced deal by Sheldon Gross Realty.
The site, 6 Youngs Road, includes a shop facility that the brokerage team said will be a notable asset for the undisclosed tenant. The firm added that the location is near several area highways, providing easy access to Pennsylvania and southern and northern New Jersey and supporting the user’s growth in the region.
Sheldon Gross Executive Vice President Jonathan Glick and Assistant Vice President Joshua Glussky represented the tenant, while Eric Koons of Bussel Realty Corp. represented the site’s owner.
“From a real estate perspective, this property checks every box,” Glussky said. “You’ve got a nice size shop, a significant yard area and a location that provides easy access to multiple markets. That’s a rare combination these days.”
