A stone fabricator and installer has signed an 850-square-foot lease renewal for its storefront in downtown Morristown, in a deal arranged by Sheldon Gross Realty.
The space, located at 172 South St., serves as a showroom for Mendoza Tops & Tile and a business that specializes in kitchen and bathroom spaces, working with granite, marble, quartzite and engineered stone, according to a news release. Sheldon Gross Realty President Marcy Gross brokered the transaction with the family-owned company.
“For a remodeler’s showroom to succeed, it needs the right space and the right location — and this South Street storefront is perfect,” Gross said. “Downtown Morristown is upscale and vibrant — there’s pedestrian and vehicular traffic in front of this address from the early morning until late at night. And the people passing by are, in large part, precisely the demographic this business wants to attract.”
