The longtime owner of a 20,000-square-foot warehouse in Englewood has sold the property, securing more than $5.3 million in a deal with a private buyer.
According to Silver Edge Real Estate, one of two brokerage firms involved in the deal, the facility at 83-91 West Forest Ave. has 14-foot ceiling heights and two docks. Public records show the building, located about a half-mile from Route 4, last traded in 2010 for $2 million.
Silver Edge Real Estate President James McNerney represented the buyer, while Keller Williams’ Tony Nabhan and George Marogi represented the undisclosed seller in the $5.34 million deal.
