Silver Edge: Trucking firm leases 21,000 sq. ft. in Meadowlands industrial deal

A private trucking company has taken nearly 21,000 square feet of industrial space in Carlstadt, in a newly announced deal by Silver Edge Real Estate.

According to James McNerney, the brokerage firm’s president, the tenant will occupy the full building at 85 Kero Road under the lease with an undisclosed landlord. The 20,567-square-foot facility sits on 1.7 acres roughly two miles from Route 3, featuring eight docks, 20-foot ceiling heights and ample parking.

McNerney represented ownership, while Ryan Buerkle of JLL represented the tenant.
