Spice company renews lease at 54,000 sq. ft. industrial building in Millburn, BRC says

An herb and spice company has renewed its full-building, 53,500-square-foot lease at a Millburn industrial building, brokers with Bussel Realty Corp. announced Monday.

In a news release, BRC said it represented ownership at 70 East Willow St. in the transaction with Kalustyan Corp. The brokerage firm detailed the renewal while highlighting the building’s location along Interstate 78 and quick access to other area highways, along with its 16-foot clear ceiling heights, 4,000-square-foot office space and 10 tailboards.

BRC President Steve Bussel and Senior Vice President David Blitt represented the owner, Binyan Realty, in the deal.
