A health and wellness concept is expanding with a newly signed lease at a Bridgewater shopping center, brokers with Bussel Realty Corp. announced Wednesday.

According to a news release, Stretch Recovery Lounge will occupy 1,370 square feet at The Bridgewater Shoppes starting in June. It’s leasing the space at 1301 Prince Rodgers Ave. under a deal with BET Bridgewater LLC, the owner of the 50,288-square-foot property, benefiting from its proximity to Route 22 and interstates 78 and 287 and average daily traffic of more than 21,000 vehicles.

BRC vice presidents Chandler Vanderbeek and Connor Vanderbeek represented the tenant, describing it as an assisted stretching and athletic recovery practice with multiple locations in New Jersey and one in New York City. Other occupiers at The Bridgewater Shoppes include Kumon, Great Lengths, The UPS Store, Edible Arrangements and Rita’s.

“We are excited to assist Stretch Recovery Lounge open their sixth New Jersey location,” Chandler Vanderbeek said. “The Bridgewater Shops will be a great opportunity to gain exposure in Somerset County as they continue to expand their footprint throughout New Jersey.”
