Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of an eight-unit apartment property in Teaneck for just over $1 million, the firm said Tuesday.
Daniel Aviles, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office, arranged the sale of 159 Fort Lee Road on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. He also secured and represented the buyer of the one- and two-bedroom property.
“We continue to see incredible demand for this type of asset,” Aviles said in a prepared statement. “The seller decided to capitalize on the strong demand for apartment buildings and within the first two weeks of bringing this property to market, we secured more than a half dozen offers from qualified investors.”
