A tenant at a 6,500-square-foot strip center in Camden County has acquired the property, in a transaction arranged by Vantage Commercial.

The brokerage firm announced Friday that it represented the seller, Michael Sherman, in its disposition of 700 South White Horse Pike in Somerdale. An entity listed as KJL Properties purchased the multitenant asset for an undisclosed price, following the lease-up of the property earlier this year.

Aran Ploshansky, director of operations at Vantage Commercial, completed the assignment alongside Monica Walsh, the firm’s director of client services.

“It is always a good feeling to be able to deliver for your seller, and in this situation, it was an absolute pleasure,” Walsh said. “Aran and I reviewed many promising offers for this shopping center, in the end we aided our client in coming to a solution that was the right fit.”

Built in 2003 by Wenric Properties, the asset known as Columbia Centre recently became fully leased when Kenney Law took the last remaining unit, Vantage Commercial said. The tenant joined other occupiers including Fast Track and Golden Nails.
