The owner of a former steel plant in Boonton has sold the 55,000-square-foot property, in a newly announced transaction by JLL.
Brokers with the firm’s Northeast industrial team represented the seller, Erasteel Inc., in its disposition of 95 Fulton St. to J. Supor & Son Trucking & Rigging. The property, which is zoned for light industrial use, changed hands for an undisclosed price.
JLL Managing Director Howard Weinberg completed the assignment, with Team Resources Inc. vice presidents Jeffery Fulton and Jason Levy representing the buyer.
“95 Fulton Street is ideally suited to a wide range of industrial applications thanks to its impressive inbuilt infrastructure,” Weinberg said. “What’s more, its proximity to major transportation routes provides it with extraordinary access to the entire tristate area.”
In a news release, JLL said 95 Fulton sits on 14.2 acres and features five overhead cranes, 11,000 square feet of office space and 112 parking spaces. The complex also has 24- to 40-foot clear ceiling heights, two loading docks and a drive-in door and is minutes from downtown Boonton, providing easy access to interstates 80, 280 and 287.
