A lacrosse shop has opened a new location in Raritan Borough, where it occupies more than 3,200 square feet under a lease with Larken Associates.
According to the landlord, the space at 90 East Somerset St. provides Universal Lacrosse with a highly visible location along Route 206, where some 35,000 vehicles pass by each day. It’s now among 10 locations in the Mid-Atlantic for the lacrosse equipment retailer and team sales outfitter, joining a diverse slate of tenants at the three-building, 62,955-square-foot Raritan Crossing.
The 3,225-square-foot shop is expected to serve the Bridgewater, Somerville and Raritan markets, thanks in part to its accessibility from routes 202 and 22 and interstates 78 and 287.
