A private developer has purchased six acres of vacant land in the Hunterdon County borough of Lebanon, in a deal arranged by The Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group.
According to a news release, the buyer is a seasoned builder that has yet to decide its plans for the tract at 1006 Route 22. The transaction follows a listing by Todd Gannet, a senior vice president with Green Brook-based Boniakowski Commercial, who led the team representing the undisclosed seller, with Jason Forster of Proventus Properties procuring the buyer.
“Our team marketed the property to the most likely and potential users and was successful in putting the transaction together with the buyer,” Boniakowski wrote in its announcement. “Congratulations again to Todd Gannet and our commercial division.”
