A flower shop has signed a lease to bring a Cherry Hill shopping center to full occupancy, brokers with Vantage Commercial announced Thursday.

The operator, Grove Floral Studios, is taking an undisclosed amount of space at Centrum Shoppes at 219-221 Haddonfield-Berlin Road, according to a news release. The deal fills the last remaining availability at the 25,451-square-foot property at a signalized intersection near the Haddonfield border, where the brokerage was recently marketing a 680-square-foot endcap unit.

Monica Walsh, director of client services at Vantage Commercial, worked closely on the deal with the landlord, Matthew Rettner, and the property manager, Brian O’Sullivan of Cherry Hill Plazas LLC. Vincent Ceroli, a senior adviser at Vantage Commercial, represented the tenant, Ann Kennedy.

Grove Floral Studios joins existing tenants including Arnie’s Butcher & Gourmet Shop, Youngs Nail Salon, Jay Asian Bistro, Yi’s Karate, Haddonfield Fitness, A Beautiful Touch Bridal, Silky Skin Studios and TD Bank.
