The longtime owners of an Atlantic County hardware store business have sold two mixed-use commercial properties, in a newly announced deal by Vantage Commercial.
According to the brokerage team, both pieces of the portfolio have significant value-add potential, while the transaction came with the need to incorporate the seller’s remaining inventory from a closing business. The sale includes properties at 127 Bellevue Ave. in Hammonton and 208 Philadelphia Ave. in Egg Harbor City.
“The deal was not straightforward and took some patience and focus to get to the closing table,” said Ken Richardson, vice president and partner with Vantage Commercial. “John Doss, senior advisor, was diligent in managing the seller throughout the process.”
The Cherry Hill-based brokerage firm represented both parties. Terms were not disclosed.
“It was a pleasure working with the entire team on this deal,” the sellers, the Dadlani family, said in a news release. “This was our third successful transaction with Vantage Commercial and Ken.”
