An automotive logistics platform has leased five acres of industrial outdoor storage space in Hamilton, brokers with Bussel Realty Corp. announced Monday.
The tenant, Acertus Transportation, will occupy the space at 121 First Ave. under a deal with BDA Hamilton. BRC Senior Vice President Anthony Rittwager and Director of Asset Services Matthew Phillips represented the tenant, while Commercial Realty Partners represented the landlord.
“The closing of 121 1st Ave. in Hamilton, NJ is yet another testament to our team’s expertise in delivering exceptional service to clients on a national level,” Rittwager said. “This strategic location was negotiated to a close after a thorough assessment of the client’s existing logistics operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and alignment with their national objectives.
“Proximity to I-95, I-295, routes 1, 206, 31 and 29, and the New Jersey Turnpike delivers a direct competitive advantage for the client, allowing access to northern and central New Jersey as well as the Philadelphia markets.”
In announcing the deal, BRC noted that Acertus Transportation is the only automotive logistics platform to move, store, recondition, title and register finished vehicles.
