A construction firm has acquired a 7,000-square-foot industrial building in Springfield for nearly $1.9 million, in a newly announced deal by Bussel Realty Corp.
The brokerage team’s Gregory Irving represented Fortress Group LLC, the seller of the property at 20 Commerce St., in the transaction with Vericon Construction Company LLC. He noted that the property is minutes from Route 22, the Garden State Parkway and other major highways, with features including 14-foot ceiling heights and 25 car parking spaces on the 0.78-acre site.
NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. represented the buyer in the $1.88 million deal.
“It was a pleasure to represent Fortress Group in procuring the ideal buyer for their property,” said Irving, an executive vice president with BRC. “I have represented my client on multiple transactions in the past, and appreciate their loyalty and the opportunity to service Fortress’ real estate needs.”
