The developer of a new self-storage facility in Voorhees reportedly has secured more than $12 million in construction financing for the project.

According to Traded New Jersey, an undisclosed lender provided the debt in connection with the project at 111 Centennial Blvd. The borrower is Basis Industrial, a Boca Raton, Florida-based firm involved with millions of square feet of self-storage projects in recent years.

Additional details about the Voorhees project were not immediately clear, although the minutes of an April 2022 planning board meeting indicate that the facility would be climate-controlled and span more than 60,000 square feet.
