Wolf Commercial Real Estate has hired a new senior adviser to support its growth in and around Atlantic County, the Marlton-based firm announced.
In a news release, WCRE said John Mazurie will focus on continuing the expansion of services in the region, providing both tenant and landlord representation for commercial properties. He joins the firm from Keller Williams Realty, having worked in positions such as sales team leader, director of growth and director of operations.
Mazurie is also a lifelong Jersey Shore native with a broad focus in commercial real estate and investments, the news release said, as well as a background in the hospitality industry.
“We’re excited to plant our flag in the Atlantic City and County market — we believe the area is poised for growth and new development in all sectors,” said Jason Wolf, managing principal at WCRE. “As an Atlantic City resident, John has true insight on the market. Adding John to our team is going to provide a huge boost for both our current and future plans. His vast industry experience, community involvement, relationships and knowledge of the Atlantic County market is a perfect match for WCRE, and we could not be happier to have John join our team.”
WCRE, which touted Mazurie’s negotiation, analytical and ideation skills, said his new role comes amid its continuing expansion in the region, noting that he holds a bachelor’s in business administration from Stockton University. His arrival comes amid the firm’s continued expansion and its addition of seasoned brokers in the southern New Jersey, greater Philadelphia, Southeastern Pennsylvania, Northeastern Pennsylvania and the Lehigh Valley.
“WCRE is widely regarded as one of the most innovative and forward-looking commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firms in the area,” Mazurie said. “I am honored to join their team of accomplished professionals and look forward to using my experience to grow the WCRE brand across the Atlantic County region.”
