Wolf Commercial Real Estate has announced a new hire on its facilities and property management team in the southern New Jersey and Philadelphia region.
In a news release, the Marlton-based firm said Grace LaDelfa comes to the post with experience in several industries, including legal, energy, international business and commercial real estate. She joins WCRE after managing a portfolio of commercial real estate in the South Jersey region, while also handling all marketing initiatives for the properties, including strategic research, demographic analysis, social media and digital advertising.
“Adding Grace to our team is going to provide a huge boost now and for our future plans,” said Maria Russ, director of property management at WCRE. “Her vast industry and operations experience, community commitment, personality and knowledge of the region is a perfect match for our property management team at WCRE.”
Most recently, LaDelfa worked with Star Real Estate and EUS International, where she was a property manager and business development specialist, according to a news release. WCRE noted that she is actively involved in the community and is affiliated with Special Olympics, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, adding that she was a star volleyball player while attending Ursinus College.
“The WCRE team is regarded as one of the most innovative and forward-looking commercial real estate, property management, brokerage and advisory firms in the area,” LaDelfa said. “I am honored to join their team and I look forward to using my experience to transform and grow the WCRE Property Management brand across the region.”
