A commercial cleaning services firm has leased more than 5,000 square feet at a flex industrial facility in Pennsauken, Wolf Commercial Real Estate announced in a news release Friday.
Adding to its portfolio of transactions in South Jersey’s flex industrial market, WCRE reported that it represented MCI Cleaning Services in the 5,250-square-foot deal at 725 Hylton Road, Unit 102. Corey Hassman, a senior adviser with the firm, spearheaded the assignment.
The team noted in its news release that the cleaning firm selected the location for its easy access to Route 73 and the Tacony-Palmyra Bridge, as well as Route 130.
