A new high-end day care facility is slated to open at a 13,000-square-foot school building in Voorhees, following a sale arranged by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.

Brokers with the firm announced Friday that they represented the now-former owner, VONSAR LLC, in the sale of 1004 Laurel Oak Road. Quatro Voorhees LLC purchased the freestanding, special purpose school building and will convert it for use by an operator known as Higher Ground Education.

Terms were not disclosed.

WCRE Principal and Vice President Christopher Henderson and John Mozzillo, the Marlton-based firm’s director of investment sales, completed the deal. They cited the property’s location in the heart of Voorhees and proximity to medical and other educational facilities within the Voorhees Corporate Center.
