WCRE: Restoration business buys 1,800 sq. ft. flex industrial condo in Egg Harbor Twp.

A piece of a flex industrial property in Egg Harbor Township has changed hands as part of a newly announced condominium sale by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.

According to a news release, the space at 6604 Delilah Road spans 1,846 square feet and includes a garage with two bays. The buyer, National Restoration, will use the site to establish a presence in the Atlantic County area, benefiting from a location near the Garden State Parkway, the Atlantic City Expressway, Black Horse Pike and other corridors.

WCRE Senior Adviser John Mazurie represented the seller, RLM Ventures, while Vice President Ryan Barikian represented the buyer. Terms were not disclosed.
