The developer of more than 129,000 square feet of new industrial space in Tinton Falls has tapped Zimmel Associates as its leasing team for the property.
In a news release, the brokerage firm said the facility at 49 Shark River Road is under construction and on track to open by early summer. Zimmel is now marketing the 129,376-square-foot project for its location just off Exit 100 of the Garden State Parkway and the intersection of routes 33 and 66, which provides easy access to other major highways and to retail, dining and other amenities for employees and visitors.
