Zoltek Commercial Real Estate Services has announced the hiring of Kristina Khomenko, who joins the firm as the newest member of its Fair Lawn-based sales team.
The brokerage said Khomenko most recently was an associate at a technology consulting firm, where she used her background in accounting to analyze medical office practices to improve profitability. In her new role with Zoltek, she specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial properties throughout the New York City metropolitan area.
Khomenko is a licensed New Jersey salesperson and holds a bachelor’s in accounting from Podilsky State University in Ukraine.
