A private investor has paid $2 million for a fully leased, three-building medical office portfolio in Burlington County, brokers with Colliers International announced last week.

In a news release, the real estate services firm said it represented Tecoppa Real Estate LLC in the sale of the properties, which total 19,134 square feet. The buildings are leased to tenants such as Jefferson Health, Deborah Heart and Lung and LabCorp, Colliers said, although it did not disclose the addresses of the locations.

Evan Zweben and Ian Richman of Colliers’ Mount Laurel office completed the transaction.
