Cherry Hill medical office building adds fourth tenant in 12 months

A new tenant is coming to a medical office building on Route 70 in Cherry Hill, following a transaction arranged by brokers with Vantage Commercial.

The occupier, RapidLab LLC, is taking an undisclosed amount of space at 1401 Route 70. It will join several other tenants at what’s known as South Jersey Medical Center, which is owned by Pen Del Real Estate and has newly renovated common areas and digital directories.

Emily Stein, Vantage Commercial’s director of health care services, and Monica Walsh, director of client services, represented ownership. The firm noted that RapidLab is the fourth new tenant it has secured at the building over the past 12 months.
