Financial adviser takes 2,900 sq. ft. in Collingswood

A financial advisory firm has leased nearly 3,000 square feet at an office building in downtown Collingswood, brokers with Wolf Commercial Real Estate announced Friday.

In a news release, WCRE said Lighthouse Planning Consultants is taking 2,885 square feet at 900 Haddon Ave. Its new home at the multitenant, 83,220-square-foot office building provides it with direct access to PATCO rail service, which is steps away, and to the offerings of the borough’s main business corridor.

WCRE Vice President Ryan Barikian represented both the landlord, 900 Haddon LLC, and the tenant in the deal at what’s known as The Station Office Building. He noted that the building has a newly renovated lobby and common areas.
