A speech and occupational therapy group has taken 4,000 square feet of office space in Wayne, in a newly announced deal by NAI James E. Hanson.
The practice, Precision Therapy, is moving to 1 Pike Drive under a lease with Metropolitan YMCA of the Oranges. The provider’s new location is part of the 100,000-square-foot Wayne YMCA, which sits just off Hamburg Turnpike with easy access to Interstate 80 and routes 23 and 46.
NAI Hanson’s Josh Levering represented ownership.
“The office market continues to be buoyed by the strong demand from health care-related operators like Precision Therapy,” Levering said. “We are confident this new location at the Wayne YMCA will provide them with the ideal space to continue to grow their practice as they serve the local community for years to come.”
Precision Therapy is moving from a different facility in Wayne, serving children and adults across northern New Jersey. Its new location will have a private entrance and ample parking, while it’s part of a complex that also includes a pool, a gym and workout equipment paired with a wide range of programming for children and adults.
