NAI James E. Hanson has negotiated the sale of a 25,944-square-foot medical office building in Fair Lawn, the real estate services firm announced Thursday.

The buyer, TYH Acquisitions LLC, paid an undisclosed sum for the property at 23-00 Route 208 in the deal with 2300 RT 208 LLC. NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented both parties and have been the property’s leasing team since 2016, noting that they’ve completed some 10,000 square feet in transactions during that time.

Situated on the western edge of Fair Lawn, the two-story structure has a marbled floor vestibule, two elevators and covered parking.

“Medical office buildings that have long-term, in-place leases have proven to be a growing commodity in the northern New Jersey marketplace,” Lizzack said. “As these properties continue to trend in a positive and steady direction, we’re proud to offer our services to help drive meaningful value and meet the needs of clients on any side of a transaction.”
