WCRE brokers medical office lease in Camden County

A women’s medical practice has leased more than 16,000 square feet at a medical office campus in Voorhees, Wolf Commercial Real Estate said.

The real estate services firm said it represented Evesham Building Associates LLC in leasing and marketing the space at 2401 Evesham Road, a property that provides access to Route 73 and Haddonfield Berlin Road. The tenant, Regional Women’s Health Group LLC, leased 16,270 square feet and has brought occupancy at the property to 100 percent.

The multitenant medical office building is surrounded by health care providers such as Delaware Valley Urology, Garden State OB/GYN Associates, Women’s Imaging of South Jersey and LabCorp, Wolf said in a news release. The park is adjacent to the Virtua Health & Wellness Medical Center.

Jason Wolf, managing principal of WCRE, exclusively represented the landlord in the deal.
