Physical therapist inks 2,200 sq. ft. renewal in Princeton, CPN says

A physical therapy practice has renewed its lease at a Princeton office building, in a newly announced deal by Commercial Property Network Inc.

According to the brokerage firm, Strive Physical Therapy occupies 2,185 square feet at 1000 Herrontown Road. The practitioner-owned business, which was founded in 2005, has extended its lease through September 2024.

CPN Senior Vice President Al Toto represented both parties in the deal. He also brokered a recent five-year, 1,304-square-foot lease at the building with Vision Therapy, an optometry practice offering sensory motor and perceptual testing and comprehensive eye exams.

Located in Northeast Princeton, 1000 Herrontown Road sits just off Route 206 and is about three miles from the town’s central business district.
