Larken Associates has signed a new lease to bring a general contractor to Montgomery Professional Center, its nearly 48,000-square-foot office complex outside Princeton.

According to the landlord, Alloway Construction & Restoration has taken 1,500 square feet at the six-building property. The company joins a host of other professional and medical office tenants at the 20-acre campus, located at Route 518 and Vreeland Drive in the Skillman section of Montgomery, where users are from downtown Princeton, Route 208 and the Princeton Airport.

Susan Livingstone of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates, represented ownership.

“Today’s businesses are searching for space that gives them the best opportunity to quickly reach their prospective clientele,” said Livingstone, a commercial leasing agent with the firm. “Montgomery Professional Center’s location within the Princeton area provides superior access to a large number of sought-after residential communities within a 25-mile radius to make it an ideal fit for a service provider like Alloway Construction & Restoration. We’re excited to welcome them to our property and wish them success in their new space.”

In announcing the deal at the 47,919-square-foot complex, Larken noted that Alloway Construction specializes in the restoration and renovation of existing structures and spaces including kitchens, bathrooms and mudrooms, as well as outdoor additions and metal work.
