A private investor has purchased a 12,000-square-foot retail and office property in Mountain Lakes, in a transaction arranged by Newmark Associates.
Known as The Plaza at Mountain Lakes, the property at 60 Midvale Road is home to a liquor store, a home schooling space, a dental practice and several office tenants, according to a news release. It’s also within walking distance of NJ Transit rail service, while it enjoys a steady flow of foot traffic.
Newmark Associates’ Jeannette Melillo brokered the transaction. Terms were not disclosed.
